Automated Quote Generation:
Using a proprietary quoting system developed in-house we can rapidly and accurately develop quotes for the most demanding stampings, machined parts and assemblies, including those involving complicated outside services. Quotes are then delivered via email in PDF format.
Electronic Advance Ship Notices (ASN):
When your parts ship our system automatically generates an email notification of exactly what has been shipped, what PO it is on and how it was shipped. For UPS shipments it also includes the tracking information.
Electronic Invoices:
Another paper reduction effort has been the option for customers to receive invoices electronically via email. This not only helps maintain a low staff overhead level but is environmentally friendly by not having the postal service move paper around.
Full Cycle Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP):
Our custom implementation of the Vantage ERP system from Epicor Software allows us to efficiently process orders, create production jobs and accurately ship finished parts with a minimum of administrative overhead. Immediate access to production and order status allows us to answer any questions quickly and accurately.
Automated Order Acknowledgements:
When an order is entered in the system it is automatically acknowledged via email. This is not only much faster than paper mail but part of our ongoing efforts to reduce the cost and environmental impact of using paper.
ACH Electronic Payments:
For our vendors we offer the option of electronic payment direct to their account. Not only do they receive payment faster but our handling and paper costs are greatly reduced. Also this is an ISO-14001 green initiative.
KanBan and Vendor Managed Inventory:
We can handle just-in-time delivery and manage 3rd party warehouse pulls to assure constant flow to your assembly operation.
Custom Package Labeling:
We routinely create custom inventory labels with Code 39 bar coding and representative picture of the part being shipped. Or we can use our standard package labeling which includes a label with the part picture.
