Metal Fabrication  
This process involves, turrets, lasers & press brakes. This involves little to no tooling, and is the most time consuming. The piece price is at its highest level with this process but the tooling, involves little to no monetary investment. Volumes for this process should be less than 1,000 pieces annually.

  • Designed in 700% cost reduction on small handles from machined component to progressive stampings
  • Clear zinc plating and silk-screening
 
 Computer Assembly
  • 5 piece assembly, very tight tolerances
  • Leveling to .005 across length of part
  • Metallurgical testing performed
  • Coordination of many outside suppliers and processes
