Our mixed materials assembly parts contain multiple metal stampings assembled together with non-metal components. Using stage toool manufacturing, our gear shift assembly capabilities produce such parts as shifter assemblies for military vehicles. Our computer assembly processes allow us to manufacture pieces with very tight tolerances, multiple-piece assembly, and the most precise leveling possible.

Our metal stamping and assembly process economically and efficiently produces high quality parts even when requiring diverse components and processes.
For example, data storage card holders recently produced required multiple operations including blank, multiple forms, hardware insertion, and powder coat finish. The job also required the use of clear zinc plating and silk-screening, yet we were still able to achieve a 700% cost reduction on small handles from machined components to progressive stamping. Custom packaging is also often utilized to reduce cost and waste. |
