Experienced estimating and engineering, combined with an efficient production plan, assure quality products at the lowest possible cost. Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co. provides full spectrum manufacturing services and management.
Our "WE CAN DO MORE FOR YOU" service starts with experienced estimating, engineering, and production planning. This is where quality starts, design problems are solved, and where efficiency is built into the production plan. It is a team effort that utilizes the experience and skills of many employees.
Highly experienced estimators work closely with engineering, tooling and production professionals to develop a manufacturing plan that takes advantage of every possible economy in materials, tooling strategies, and production equipment.
Experienced engineers and toolmakers use the latest CAD/CAM technology to design consistent quality into every part and assembly we produce. And they take particular pride in finding solutions to your tough design problems and developing more efficient methods to manufacture your products. We successfully produce parts other stampers will not attempt.
Working closely with you, and with each other, they offer their special expertise to ensure that you receive competitively priced parts--on time, every time--that consistently adhere to your specifications.
Experienced estimators provide fast and accurate quotations on incoming projects using computerized quote/estimating systems.

Advanced CAD/CAM technology is used to develop improved designs, reduce costs, and provide more accurate tooling. We can use CAD drawings in almost any format.
We can use most CAD drawing formats when attached to email as binary file attachments including but not limited to: DWG, DXF, IGS, PDF files; Solid Works and KeyCreator .CKD files. Solid models are preferred in STEP format - Prints are best in DXF. Pro-E files should be converted to STEP (for solid model) or DXF (for Prints). If you have any questions about a format please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
