Summary of Responsibilities:
This position will play a key role in driving new business and growth opportunities to our organization. The chosen candidate will estimate methods, process and tooling on component parts and assemblies. They will have additional roles in key sales and marketing efforts.

Turret Programmer/Operator

Must have 3 year minimum machine experience on Amada Turrets. Radan CAM software experience a plus. CAD software experience also a plus. Ability to perform math and measure part dimensions using a variety of instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, etc. Must be able to set-up turrets using knowledge of die clearances, punch assembly, tool loading and maintenance. Proficient with inspection techniques and measuring devices. Must be able to verify parts are properly loaded and that surfaces are properly prepared for fabricating. Confirm machine settings, tooling and/or fixtures are appropriate to the part being run. Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

Quality Inspector

In-Process Inspector: Ideal candidate will be a Certified mechanical Inspector (CMI) with 2-5 years exp. In precision metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication industry. Relevant work experience may satisfy these requirements. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: blueprint reading, GD&T, Gage R&R. Comprehends BIST and ANSI specifications. Performs visual and mechanical inspection using calipers, micrometers, height gage, pins, blocks, optical comparator, Virtek and CMM.

Tool and Die Maker

Must be able to build, repair and maintain any and all required tooling for all production departments. Expertise in reading prints, utilizing GD&T. Must be able to utilize surface grinder, radial arm, Bridgeport, horizontal and vertical, EZ trac or digital read outs, band saw, bench lathe and drill press.

Laser Programmer/Operator

Setup and operate lasers that cut a variety of flat sheet alloys. Includes adjusting laser power and assist gas pressures. Trumpf laser experience a plus. Full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part. Thorough understanding of CNC codes and programming.

Metal Finisher/Grinder

Ability to grind welds and straightline grind to keep cosmetic grain appearance. Blend small blemishes and maintain radius when applicable. Able to use small and medium sized hand grinders. Must able to use Straightliner. Must be able to stand 75% of the workday.

Production Workers

Safely operate metal stamping presses by manually feeding blanks on dies for forming. Completing process cards, check-sheets. Responsible for keeping area clean. Accurately moves materials within the warehouse either by forklift or by hand. Fast-paced work environment. Communicate with coworkers and managers. Capable of talking directives and following instructions.
