IT Associate

11/6/25

1st shift: You will be the first line of support for helpdesk tickets and system alerts. Manage user onboarding/offboarding. Provide Windows PC desktop support, thin client, and printer troubleshooting. Administer Microsoft 365, Vmware, and physical servers. Support VOIP systems, Extreme Wi-Fi, and Fortinet firewalls. Handle network cabling, data switch management, and Veem backups. Maintain email security via Proofpoint and MS365. Experience in a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication a plus). Familiarity with Epicor ERP, Crystal Reports, and MS SSRS.

Sales Engineer/Estimator

1st shift: Develop and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare accurate and timely price quotations. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and manage inquiries. Process orders and review job specifications for accuracy. Complete job packets and ensure proper documentation. Identify, qualify, and present opportunities to management. Travel with Harvey Vogel Sales Representatives for in-person customer visits (approximately 10 - 12 times per year. Must have strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal skills. Must be proactive, responsive, and results-oriented. Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities. 2-4 years of experience in metal stampings or sheet metal fabrication. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and CRM software. Fluent in reading and interpreting part prints, specifications, and tolerances. Mechanically inclined; knowledge of metal stamping and fabrication operations preferred.

Brake Press Operator/Setup

2nd shift: Set up and Operate Cincinnati brake press machines. Ability to prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations. This includes custom punch/die tooling used in combination with standard tooling. Complex programming using all features of the press brake such as bending at angles, offset bends, proper back gauge transfers between steps, delays, etc. Ability to perform math, and measure part dimensions using a variety of instruments such as calipers, protractors, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, etc.

Powder Coat Painter

1st shift: Will use PC application gun to complete projects. Must be able to paint various metals and difficult parts with little or no supervision. Must be able to clean equipment and PC booth. Must know how to trouble shoot PC gun flow, PC hoppers and paint surface issues. Must be able to follow required procedures. Must provide accurate inventory counts at all times and keep parts/materials in appropriate storage areas. Will perform basic maintenance of equipment as required and keep supervisor informed of necessary maintenance beyond minimal operator ability. High school diploma or equivalent. Two year’s experiences in the booth painting parts. Must read and understand process sheets and job packets for parts being painted. This includes being able to read blueprints and TDS to make sure customer requirements are being met. Must have a clear understanding of safety rules and regulations to prevent unsafe setups and operations that may cause injury to self or others. Must show the ability to perform duties without supervision and maintain performance levels set for quality and productivity. Must be able to pass a respirator medical review and be able to wear appropriate paint suit and equipment.

Laser Operator

2nd shift: Operate and maintain laser cutter machines (e.g Trumpf, Amada, Mazak). Read and interpret blueprints. Measure machine performance and adjust settings as needed. Inspect parts for accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. 1 year experience operating laser cutting machines (metal stamping preferred.). Must be able to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools. Must have basic computer and CNC interface skills.

Tool and Die Maker

1st and 2nd shift: Must be able to build, repair and maintain any and all required tooling for all production departments. Expertise in reading prints, utilizing GD&T. Must be able to utilize surface grinder, radial arm, Bridgeport, horizontal and vertical, EZ trac or digital read outs, band saw, bench lathe and drill press. $5000 Sign-On Bonus – Up to $10,000 Relocation Package

Shipping Clerk

11/6/25

1st shift: Ensure that correct quantities are documented for incoming and outgoing shipments documenting any overages or shortages. Process orders for customers based on shipping and customer requirements. Completes UPS/FedEx/LTL documents to company/customer requirements. Pull product from warehouse shelves, banding, shrink wrapping and other duties to get product ready to ship. Prepare labels for boxes. Contact carriers and schedule pickups. Enter shipping information into customer portals. Computer skills, must be proficient with MS office, Word/Excel/Outlook. Capable of operating a forklift. Must be comfortable learning new software programs/customer portals.
