2nd shift In-Process Inspector: Ideal candidate will be a Certified mechanical Inspector (CMI) with 2-5 years exp. In precision metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication industry. Relevant work experience may satisfy these requirements. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: blueprint reading, GD&T, Gage R&R. Comprehends BIST and ANSI specifications. Performs visual and mechanical inspection using calipers, micrometers, height gage, pins, blocks, optical comparator, Virtek and CMM.
CNC Programmer - Tool Room
Operate CNC machining centers. Use/modify existing programs. Secure parts/components into fixture sand machine as programmed. Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect work. Perform minor preventative maintenance. Able to perform basic G and M code programming as needed, Programming with Mastercam is a plus.
Tool and Die Maker
All shifts: Must be able to build, repair and maintain any and all required tooling for all production departments. Expertise in reading prints, utilizing GD&T. Must be able to utilize surface grinder, radial arm, Bridgeport, horizontal and vertical, EZ trac or digital read outs, band saw, bench lathe and drill press.
Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable from invoice coding and entry to check printing/ACH payments, communication with vendors, record keeping, filing, scanning, verify PO's have proper supporting documentation and receipts and other projects as needed. The position also performs daily labor editing along with weekly ADP hourly payroll processing.
Weekend Shift - 3 12 hours days
All positions are available for weekend work. Shifts are Friday/Saturday/Sunday: Days 6:30 am to 7 pm, Nights on Friday 3:15 pm to 3:45 am, Saturday/Sunday 1:30 pm to 2 am. Available positions:

Blanker/Progressive Press Operator
2nd shift ,3rd shift and Maverick shift: Set up and run blanking, progressive presses. Able to set up and run multiple different style tools. Must have understanding of the different controls and settings for presses ranging from 400 ton to 110 ton. Must be able to trouble shoot and fix mior problems. Capable of reading blue prints and using a variety of measuring tools.
Brake Press Set-Up Operator
1st and 2nd shift: Set-up and operate brake presses.
Experience running complex bend set-ups and forming operations.
Must be able to perform math, and measure part dimensions.
Full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how
they relate to the finished part is required.
2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts: Operate CNC machining centers. Use/modify existing programs. Secure parts/components into fixtures and machine as programmed. Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect work. Perform minor preventative maintenance. Run first article and make necessary adjustments to produce acceptable parts.
2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts: Setup and operate lasers that cut a variety of flat sheet alloys. Includes adjusting laser power and assist gas pressures. Trumpf laser experience a plus. Full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part. Thorough understanding of CNC codes and programming.
Must have 5 to 10 years experience in electrical and mechanical repair of equipment. This technician needs to have the ability to trouble shoot and repair the following metal stamping and fabricating equipment: Punch presses and related peripheral equipment tied to the press, Press brakes, light curtains and back gauges, Shear equipment, Pem Insertion Machines, Machining Centers, Any tool room equipment (lathes, milling machines, surface grinders)
2nd shift: Ability to grind welds and straightline grind to keep cosmetic grain appearance. Blend small blemishes and maintain radius when applicable. Able to use small and medium sized hand grinders. Must able to use Straightliner. Must be able to stand 75% of the workday.
Powder Coat Painter
Application of powder coat paint to a variety of simple and complex parts. Operate PC equipment in a safe manner to produce parts that meet company's quality requirements at the lowest cost and in a timely manner. Mask, hang and package parts as needed.
All shifts available. Safety operate metal stamping presses by manually feeding blanks on dies for forming. Completing process cards, check-sheets. Responsible for keeping area clean. Accurately moves materials within the warehouse either by forklift or by hand. Fast-paced work environment. Communicate with coworkers and managers. Capable of talking directives and following instructions.
Progressive Die Set-Up
All shifts: Previous manufacturing experience setting up progressive or stage tools. Ability to read blueprints and inspect own work at set-up. Experience in metal stamping environment.
Weekend Shift: This position requires MIG/TIG welding methods to complete projects. Able to weld various metals with little or no supervision. Must be able to weld complex fixtures for jobs. Perform basic maintenance of equipment. Able to read and understand blueprints, process sheets and job packets. High school diploma or equivalent. Two year degree in welding trade school and 2+ years experience.
All shifts: Spot welding of metal components and assemblies using various techniques. Able o spot weld complex parts for jobs. Follow required procedures and use appropriate jigs and fixtures for assembly process. Perform basic maintenance of equipment. Must read and understand blueprints.
2nd and weekend shift: Operate Amada Turret punch press to produce flat metal parts. Min. of 1 yr experience on Amada Turrets. Radan CAM software a plus. Set-up operate turret press. Ability to set up turret using knowledge of die clearances, punch assembly, tool loading and maintenance.
